We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 5 days and we will exchange it. Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect, not due to shipping, in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.

Return Policy Guidelines
You have 5 days to return your item from when you are issued the return authorization number. Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for all processing fees and shipping costs back to our warehouse. Items returned without a return authorization number will be refused at the warehouse and shipped back to the sender. Area rug padding that has been opened may not be returned.
All items must be received in new condition. If the item is damaged or soiled, it may be refused or incur a 25% restocking fee. Items returned after 5 days, or items returned without a return authorization number will incur a 25% restocking fee. In some instances after your order has been processed, cancellation or changes to the order will not be permitted. Any shipments refused for reasons other than damage may result in a 25% shipment refusal penalty fee.

Oriental Rug Bazaar is not responsible for anything that happens to purchased items once they have been accepted by the shipping company. We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance to cover their items against these possibilities. Shipping insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer, not Oriental Rug Bazaar.
All prices shown online are lower than the prices attached to the same items, when purchased in the Oriental Rug Bazaar showroom. If you have purchased a rug from Oriental Rug Bazaar’s Houston showroom and find the rug at a lower price on the online website, we cannot offer a retroactive price match, discount, refund, or exchange.
Our 5 Day Return Guarantee does not extend to cover custom orders. Unfortunately, all custom rugs are non-refundable or exchangeable, unless the product is determined to have been damaged or defective when leaving the showroom.
Our 5 Day Return Guarantee only applies to purchases made online, except custom orders. Any products purchased from Oriental Rug Bazaar’s Houston showroom are not covered by the 5 Day Return Guarantee.
